How it works
The four steps you already do — minus the retyping
- 1
Orders arrive on their own
Allegro and WooCommerce feed a single list along with buyer details, chosen delivery and pickup point. Walk-in sales are entered in the same place.
- 2
Picking at the scanner
Scanning the order code opens it at the station; further codes set dimensions, weight and status. A label with the item list, storage places and amounts prints from one code.
- 3
Document and shipment
An invoice or receipt follows a rule you set once: companies get invoices, private buyers get receipts. The shipment goes to the carrier and the tracking number goes back to Allegro.
- 4
Stock keeps itself honest
Every order change recalculates stock. Supplier imports update prices and quantities, and an item that ran out ends its Allegro offer — before anyone buys what isn't there.
What you get
Everything shipping from your own warehouse actually needs
Product catalogue
Internal codes with natural sorting, GTIN, photos, extra descriptions, parameters with dictionaries, categories and storage places as trees. Copying, series generation and bulk editing.
Orders from many sources
Allegro, WooCommerce and walk-in sales in one list. Buyer details, pickup point, cash on delivery, invoice data. Splitting, copying and bulk status changes.
Packing station
The scanner drives everything: choosing the order, dimensions, weight, predefined size, status, reporting a problem, printing the document and the waybill.
Stock that adds up
Stock changes come from orders: an edit adds the difference, a deletion gives the goods back. Manual or automatic committing, CSV export.
Sales documents
Invoices and receipts with your own numbering and PDF output, e-mail delivery, monthly receipt summary, fiscal receipt registry that blocks a second printout.
Summaries and accounting
Monthly summaries, JPK_VAT and JPK_V7M exports, invoice list as CSV. Document numbering stays continuous after data migration.
Frequent questions
Can data be moved from the old application?
Yes. We migrate the catalogue, orders, stock and user accounts along with their numbers — an order number on an invoice or in Allegro still points at the same order. Passwords stay the same: on first sign-in the application swaps the old hash for a new one.
Does anything need to be installed on the computers?
Not for normal work — a browser is enough. At the packing station it is worth installing a small agent: it prints without a dialog box and talks to the fiscal printer.
What about the barcode scanner?
It works as a keyboard, so no drivers are needed. The control codes (dimensions, weight, status, waybill printing) are printed by the application itself — there are fourteen ready-made sheets.
Does the Allegro stock match the warehouse?
A background job updates prices and quantities of listed offers. An item that ran out ends its offer — nobody buys something that isn't there.
Where is the data kept?
Every organisation has its own database. The servers are in Poland and backups run daily.
Start with a single shipping day
Create an account, load your catalogue and run one day of orders through SellBasis. We migrate data from the old application together with order numbers and accounts — nobody changes their password.
